Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
